- CUSTOM HEADWEAR MANUFACTURING
From Your Brief to a Finished Cap.
OEM production from your artwork or sample is our core service. Selected ODM projects can begin with a development discussion.
TWO WAYS TO WORK WITH US
Choose the Right Starting Point
Have a ready design or an early idea? We’ll review your materials and suggest a practical route for sampling.
OUR CORE SERVICE
OEM Manufacturing
Send your artwork, specifications, or reference sample. We confirm the cap structure and decoration, make a sample for approval, then arrange production and inspection.
SELECTED PROJECTS
ODM Development
If you have a concept but no finalized specifications, share the intended use, design direction, quantity, and budget. We review feasibility and development scope before confirming a plan.
OUR CORE SERVICE
How Our OEM Service Works
OEM is suited to buyers who already have a cap design, artwork, technical details, or a physical reference. We turn that brief into a sample, confirm the construction and branding with you, and use the approved version as the reference for production.
What you can send
- Cap style, photos, tech pack, or reference sample
- Logo artwork, colors, and decoration preferences
- Estimated quantity and intended use
What we confirm together
Shape and fit, fabric, logo size and placement, and sample changes. Production begins against the details you approve; finished caps are checked against that reference.
ODM development is considered case by case. A concept inquiry does not automatically enter sampling or bulk production.
PROJECT-BASED SERVICE
When ODM May Be Suitable
ODM starts earlier in product development. It can suit a buyer with a target customer, use case, and design direction who has not yet finalized the cap specification. We first discuss possible styles and materials, then assess the design work and sampling needed for that idea.
What you can send
- Audience, use case, and visual references
- Desired features and target price range
- Estimated quantity and launch timing
How the project is evaluated
We review technical feasibility, development scope, sampling rounds, budget, and schedule before confirming whether we can take it on. The agreed brief defines the next step.

A CLEAR PRODUCTION PATH
From Brief to Bulk Production
Each decision is checked at the sample stage before the approved details move into production.
Share Your Brief
Tell us your preferred cap style, intended use, estimated quantity, logo artwork, and any reference photos or samples. We review these details to clarify the fit, materials, decoration, and project requirements before sampling.
Develop a Sample
Based on the confirmed brief, we develop a sample and check its structure, fabric, fit, and logo treatment. The sample lets you see how the design translates into a finished cap before production.
Approve the Details
Review the sample for shape, color, logo size and placement, stitching, and overall finish. Share any adjustments; together we confirm the final details before the approved sample becomes the production reference.
Produce & Inspect
We produce the order according to the approved sample and agreed specifications. During and after production, we check construction, branding, and finish against the confirmed requirements.
- MADE AROUND YOUR REQUIREMENTS
Customize the Details That Matter
Start with the wearer and the intended use. We can discuss the cap shape, fabric, colors, and branding treatment that fit your brief.
- Cap shape & fit
- Embroidery & prin
- Fabric & color
- Silicone logo patches
- PRODUCTION ATTENTION
Built from an Approved Sample
Clear sample approval gives production a shared reference for construction, logo placement, color, and finish. Finished caps are checked against the confirmed details before the order moves onward.
